- Professional chef for the past 25 years with the last 10 being chef owner of the georgeous little Sunflower Restaurant in the Scottish Border's town of Peebles. I have recently published 2 Sunflower cook books and my passion lies in creating dishes which are packed with flavour and use locally sourced produce.
